Bug Fix

Website tracking no longer records words as MLS numbers

When the tracking pixel looked for a property on a page, it sometimes picked up a word from the page instead of the listing number. Words from a page title, a menu, or the MLS disclaimer in a site footer were saved as the property, and the contact’s timeline showed entries such as “Viewed property MLS #Listings” or “MLS #provides”.

Detection now only accepts values that look like a listing number. When a word turns up, it is skipped and the pixel keeps looking elsewhere on the page and in the address. A page with no real listing number is recorded as a normal page view, not a property view.

This applies to new visits from now on. Entries already on a timeline are not changed.
