The Email filter in Smart Lists offered Is Good and Is Bad alongside its text operators. That repeated the Email Quality filter under a name that made it look like a different check, and it led to confusing results.
The Email filter now matches on the address itself: Contains, Does Not Contain, Is Empty and Is Not Empty. To find contacts by deliverability, use Email Quality in the Contact Quality group. Is Good matches grades A, B and C, and Is Bad matches grades D and F.
Smart Lists, automations and lead flow rules you already saved with Email Is Good or Is Bad keep returning the same contacts. The operator shows as “Is Good (current)” or “Is Bad (current)” until you change it.
