Parent teams and the Regional Report for enterprises

Enterprises can now add a middle level between the corporate account and its branches. On the Branches screen of your enterprise account, enterprise owners and admins can:

  • Mark (or unset) the corporate team. The Enterprise Report lives on the corporate team. You can’t unset it while any branch reports to another parent team.
  • Set a branch’s parent team. Every team reports to the corporate team unless you choose another team in your enterprise as its parent. Before a branch moves, you’ll see a warning that its past production moves with it.

Admins of a parent team now see a Regional Report in Lender Tools. It covers their own team’s production and every branch under it, with a table of those branches. Branch data is read-only there: from the Loan Pipeline or a report’s drill-down, a branch’s loan opens in a read-only loan view rather than on the borrower’s contact record. They can’t see other parent teams’ branches or branches directly under corporate, and they can’t change which branches report to them.

The corporate Enterprise Report now groups its branch table by parent team, with branches directly under corporate in their own group. Its totals haven’t changed.

For enterprise owners and admins, the Loan Pipeline now shows every branch’s loans alongside your own, matching the Enterprise Report’s totals. You see this on the corporate team, or on any team if your enterprise hasn’t set a corporate team, whether or not you use parent teams. Branch loans appear as read-only cards: open one to view it, or switch to that branch to move or edit it.

The Partners Report follows the same scope. On the corporate team it covers every branch’s referral partners, credit pulls and funded loans, and a parent team’s admins see their own team and the branches under it. Each partner shows which branch it belongs to, and a branch partner’s details open read-only, so you change its agreement from that branch.

Billing, the enterprise packet and the stage lock all stay at the enterprise level.
